I’m 20 and I come from Champagne. So I’ve ever drank and loved wine. But I also love gastronomy ! I study Wine Marketing and Management in Bordeaux, to become an expert of wine industry.
My best wine is the perfect greedy Meursault Gouttes d’Or born by Patrick Essa, Domaine Buisson Charles.
My favorite dish is a lamb tajine with spices, apricots and figs. By the way, it matches perfectly with the Meursault.

My name is Edouard de Bastiani, I am also in my first year on master of Wine.
I found my passion for the wine industry during an internship in a groupment of winemaker from Buzert severals years ago. Since this internship, I love to learn about wine and my favorite ones are Riesling from Alsace and Côtes du Rhône.
I’m a co-worker for a start-up in Bordeaux which offers a wine storage solution.
